Financial Literacy Program

Our award-winning Financial Literacy program advocates and enhances Del Norte Credit Union’s financial education programming through outreach, partnership, and events. The Del Norte LOV Foundation works very closely with the Del Norte Credit Union staff, especially with the Community Relations team, on this initiative.

We’re on the Radio! We are excited to highlight our recent KSVW podcast on how we improve lives and make a difference through our Financial Literacy program in northern New Mexico!

Our Financial Literacy program consists of collaborating with two national organizations, Banzai! and GreenPath Financial Wellness that provide a comprehensive library of financial literacy content for any life stage.

We implement both GreenPath Financial Wellness and Banzai! at the local level.

We provide curriculum, material, and coursework to educate and empower Del Norte Credit Union staff, members, teachers, students, nonprofit organizations, youth and their families on a variety of personal finance topics at no cost to them.

GreenPath Financial Wellness empowers people to lead financial healthy lives by providing practical tools, tips, and guidance to successfully navigate a variety of financial challenges.

Banzai curriculum aligns with New Mexico education standards on financial literacy.
